Internal examinations take place 4 times a year in order to evaluate pupils' progress and to give children an opportunity to show their performance and caliber. Examinations form an important focal point for academic assessment and can provide spur where progress has stagnated.
1.
Vice Principal / Co-ordinator prepares exam timetable in advance signed by Principal. Students are given printed circulars.

One week before the exams, revision is conducted by the concerned teacher.
3.
As per test-wise syllabus given in diary, question papers are set.
4.
Papers are checked and signed thereafter given for printing.
5.
Typed papers are rechecked by the teachers and given for zerox as per requirement.
6.
Zerox papers are arranged date wise and kept in Principals' office.
7.
Invigilation chart is prepared by Vice Principal / Co-ordinator and signed by all Teachers before 15 minutes.
8.
As per seating arrangements question papers are arranged one day before the exams.
9.
Teachers are given printed instructions for invigilation.
10.
Invigilator fills attendance sheet (absentees are identified).
11.
Invigilator collects papers and submits to the class teacher.
12.
Slips are filled on the basis of answer sheets counted by the teachers.
13.
Details of papers are filled by teachers and rechecked by Vice Principal / Co-ordinators.
14.
Answer sheets are submitted to Vice Principal / Co-ordinator with details filled up.
15.
Answer sheets are handed over to the examiner with submission date.
16.
Checked answer sheets are submitted to Vice Principal / Co-ordinator alongwith mark-sheets rechecked by other teachers.
17.
Mistakes analyzed by teachers are assessed by Vice Principal / Co-ordinator and required changes are made accordingly in answer sheets and mark sheets.
18.
The teachers prepare cumulative mark sheets. (Presents, pass/fail etc.) - Computerised result is prepared
19.
The Vice Principal / Co-ordinators thereafter check Mark sheets. Weak students are highlighted.
20.
