As per seating arrangements question papers are
arranged one day before the exams. |

Teachers are given printed instructions for
invigilation. |

Invigilator fills attendance sheet (absentees
are identified). |

Invigilator collects papers and submits to
the class teacher. |

Slips are filled on the basis of answer sheets
counted by the teachers. |

Details of papers are filled by teachers and
rechecked by Vice Principal / Co-ordinators. |

Answer sheets are submitted to Vice Principal / Co-ordinator
with details filled up. |

Answer sheets are handed over to the examiner
with submission date. |

Checked answer sheets are submitted to
Vice Principal / Co-ordinator alongwith mark-sheets rechecked by other teachers. |

Mistakes analyzed by teachers are assessed
by Vice Principal / Co-ordinator and required changes are made accordingly in
answer sheets and mark sheets. |

The teachers prepare cumulative mark sheets.
(Presents, pass/fail etc.) - Computerised result is prepared |

The Vice Principal / Co-ordinators thereafter check Mark sheets.
Weak students are highlighted. |

Possible causes of poor results are identified
and planning for improvement of weak students is done class
wise. |
